The Hill House - Kid Friendly, Walkable - Stay Smiley Rentals

1. We require the primary guest to provide a photo ID. By booking, you acknowledge your obligation to confirm the identity of the primary guest. 2. There are NO interior cameras, but both entrances to the house are monitored by video cameras. Tampering with the cameras or Internet router will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking. 3. Other: - No smoking allowed. Guests who smoke on the premises will be subject to pay the full security deposit plus an additional $1000 fine. Those who smoke on/in or cause damage to the property will also be responsible for the full cost of any subsequent bookings that are negatively impacted, by said damage or smoking, for the following 30-days. - No more than six people are allowed to stay at this property. If the number of registered guests is exceeded during the stay, at any point, you will be responsible to pay $500 per extra person. - No pets any kind are all allowed. Guest will be responsible for a $1000 fine if this rule is violated plus any damage or extra cleaning. - No parties or events allowed. - No unregistered guests allowed. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. - Please take the trash out before you leave. - Please place towels in the washing machine and start prior to departing. -Any violation of the above rules will result in a minimum $500 fine, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and any additional fees for incurred damages. - Please do your dishes. Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher and start prior to departing. - Please take care of the furnishings. Guests must pay for any damages.

- You will have the entire house to yourselves, including the backyard. - You will have two-car parking (behind the house) with additional street parking available in-front of the house (observing City parking signage).
