Benton Park Gem - Sleeps 8 & Dog Friendly - Stay Smiley Rentals

1. We require the primary guest to provide a photo ID. By booking, you acknowledge your obligation to confirm the identity of the primary guest. 2. There are NO interior cameras, but both entrances to the house are monitored by video cameras. Tampering with the cameras or Internet router will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking. 3. Other: - No smoking allowed. Guests who smoke on the premises will be subject to pay the full security deposit plus an additional $500 fine. Those who smoke on/in or cause damage to the property will also be responsible for the full cost of any subsequent bookings that are negatively impacted, by said damage or smoking, for the following 30-days. - No more than eight people are allowed to stay at this property. If the number of registered guests is exceeded during the stay, at any point, you will be responsible to pay $500 per extra person. - No parties or Events allowed. - No unregistered guests allowed. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. - Please respect the noise curfew (11 pm). - Guests must clean up all pet excrement from the yard. Not doing so could result in a $100 fine. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. - Please place towels in the washing machine and start prior to departing. - Please do your dishes. Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher and start prior to departing. - Please take care of the furnishings. Guests must pay for any damages that occur. - No more than two pets are allowed on the property. ALL pets MUST be accounted for in the booking register at checkout. Guest will be responsible for a $1000 fine if this rule is violated plus any damages or extra cleaning that occur due to the pet(s). Guest's pet fee is not reflective of total potential charges if damages to the property occur or the number of pets registered in the booking is exceeded.

- Bedrooms include (1) King master suite, (2) Queen rooms with shared bath, and (2) twin beds located in the basement - Laundry access is in the basement - You will have the entire house to yourselves, including the backyard. - You will access to free street parking available in-front of the house (observing City parking signage).
