1. We require the primary guest to provide a photo ID. By booking, you acknowledge your obligation to confirm the identity of the primary guest. 2. There are NO interior cameras. Tampering with the Internet router will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking. 3. Other: - No smoking allowed. Guests who smoke on the premises will be subject to pay the full security deposit plus an additional $1000 fine. Those who smoke on/in or cause damage to the property will also be responsible for the full cost of any subsequent bookings that are negatively impacted, by said damage or smoking, for the following 30-days. - No more than three people are allowed to stay at this property. If the number of registered guests is exceeded during the stay, at any point, you will be responsible to pay $500 per extra person. - No pets/animals allowed ($1000 fine). - No parties or events allowed. - No unregistered guests allowed. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Any violation of the above rules will result in a minimum $500 fine, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and any additional fees for incurred damages. - Please do your dishes prior to departing. - Please take care of the furnishings. Guests must pay for any damages.
