Good to know

This is a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment located on the SECOND floor of a two-family building. There is no elevator at this property. Guests must climb stairs to access the unit (see property photos). There is a gravel parking space located behind the building and free, street parking in front of the building. The master bedroom consists of a king-sized bed and the living room has a pullout, full-sized bed available. Shared laundry access is located in the basement.

House Rules

1. We require the primary guest to provide a photo ID. By booking, you acknowledge your obligation to confirm the identity of the primary guest. 2. There are NO interior cameras, but both entrances to the house are monitored by video cameras. Tampering with the cameras or Internet router will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking. 3. Other: - No smoking allowed. Guests who smoke on the premises will be subject to pay the full security deposit plus an additional $500 fine. Those who smoke on/in or cause damage to the property will also be responsible for the full cost of any subsequent bookings that are negatively impacted by said damage or smoking, for the following 30-days. - No more than four persons are allowed to stay at this property. If the number of registered guests is exceeded during the stay, at any point, you will be responsible for paying $100 per extra person plus the full security deposit. - No pets allowed. If animals are brought onto the property a $500 fine will be applied. - No parties or Events allowed. - No unregistered guests allowed. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedroom. - Please respect the noise curfew. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. - Please take your personal trash out before you leave. - Please place towels in the washing machine and start prior to departing. - Please do your dishes. Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher and start prior to departing. - Please take care of the furnishings. Guests must pay for any damages.
