1. We require the primary guest to provide a photo ID. By booking, you acknowledge your obligation to confirm the identity of the primary guest. 2. There are NO interior cameras in the house, but both entrances to the house are monitored by video cameras. Tampering with the cameras or Internet router will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking. 3. There is a camera located in the detached garage, where the laundry and cleaning supplies are stored. 4. Other: - No smoking allowed. Guests who smoke on the premises will be subject to pay the full security deposit plus an additional $500 fine. Those who smoke on/in or cause damage to the property will also be responsible for the full cost of any subsequent bookings that are negatively impacted, by said damage or smoking, for the following 30-days. - No more than four adult people are allowed to stay at this property. If the number of registered guests is exceeded during the stay, at any point, you will be responsible to pay $50 per extra person. - No pets allowed. Guest will be responsible for a $500 fine if this rule is violated plus any damage or extra cleaning costs. - No parties or events allowed. - No unregistered guests allowed. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. - Please respect the noise curfew. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Any violation of the above rules will result in a minimum $300 fine, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and any additional fees for incurred damages. - Please take the trash out before you leave. - Please place towels in the washing machine and start prior to departing. - Please do your dishes. Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher and start prior to departing. - Please take care of the furnishings. Guests must pay for any damages that exceed the security deposit.

-You will have the entire house to yourselves, including the backyard. -You will have two-car parking in the driveway located on the west side of the house, with additional street parking available in front of the house (please observe city parking signage).
